Local tourist attractions include Mugdock Country Park - an outdoor family attraction with a tourist centre, Loch Ardinning Nature Reserve, the Antonine Wall and the Campsie Fells. Milngavie is the starting point of the world famous West Highland Way walk and is home to the impressive Milngavie reservoirs.

Milngavie town centre has all the shopping facilities you require including supermarket, bank, travel agents, and fashion and craft shops. There are also a selection of pubs, cafes and restaurants catering for all tastes.
